Terms & Conditions

1. Rental Agreement

By booking with The Flower Girl Rental we, you agree to the terms outlined below. Our rentals include faux floral arrangements with optional fresh floral accents for weddings and events.

2. Rental Period

Rental items are provided for a one-day event unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Pickup or return times are outlined in your booking confirmation. Extended rental durations may incur additional fees.

3. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your date.

  • Final payment is due 30 days prior to the event.

  • We accept credit cards and ACH transfer.

  • Orders under $300 may require full payment at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event are eligible for a refund minus the deposit.

  • Cancellations within 60 days of the event are non-refundable.

  • Date changes are subject to availability and must be made in writing.

5. Damage, Loss, or Theft

All items must be returned in original condition. The client is responsible for any missing or damaged items. Fees for damage or replacement will be invoiced after the event and must be paid within 10 days.

6. Product Handling

Our floral rentals are delicate and must be handled with care:

  • No rentals may be left outside overnight, including altars, arches, backdrops, or any floral arrangements.

  • Arches and other large structures are not weatherproof and may be damaged by rain. If rain is expected and your arch is outdoors, we reserve the right to retrieve it early.

  • Clients and guests may not move, take down, or transport any rental items without prior written approval from The Flower Girl Rentals.

7. Fresh Flower Add-Ons

  • We do our best to source blooms that complement the faux designs.

  • Substitutions may be made due to seasonal availability or quality.

  • Fresh florals are added on the event day and are not available for preview.

8. Design Ownership

All floral designs are the creative property of The Flower Girl Rentals. Clients may not replicate or reproduce our designs for resale or commercial use.

9. Venue Access & Setup

Client must confirm delivery, setup, and pickup details with the venue in advance. If venue access is restricted or delayed, The Flower Girl Rentals is not liable for delays in setup.

10. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Communicate any venue or timeline changes promptly.

  • Ensure safe handling of arrangements.

  • Assign a point person if they are unavailable on event day.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to deliver services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, illness, or venue issues.
