  • 2. Reserve your date

    Head to our Rent Now page to complete our form and get started!

  • 3. Receive a custom quote

    We’ll review your information and respond with availability and a personalized quote.

  • 4. Payment Options

    Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send over a rental agreement and invoice. A 50% deposit will secure your date and designs. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event.

  • 5. Delivery, Setup & Pickup

    Free delivery within 25 miles of our warehouse in Clarence, NY.
    Deliveries beyond 25 miles are $1 per mile (up to 75 miles).

    Additional fees may apply:
    – Setup at a second location
    – Pickup after 9:00 PM

  • 6. On Event Day

    We’ll deliver and set up everything for you.

    At the end of the event, we’ll return to pick everything up, easy and hassle-free.
